What's your approach to remote work?

ESGTech supports channel partners operating across the globe, for this we are committed to growing a long-term distributed team. Our HQ is in Singapore and our remote office span Australia and Vietnam. With respect to working from home, we love to see our team members socialize in person, however we support flexible working locations. Please ask about time zones and expected cross-over hours during your interview.

Do I need X years of experience, climate experience, etc.?

We understand and look for transferable skills! Unless the role is looking for a domain expert (which it may specify), we encourage people to push themselves. A software company requires all sorts of skills and experience, so if the link makes sense to you, we’re open to a conversation.

What's the interview process like?

We strive to review all submissions within a week and respond. Next step is an open conversation with one of the leadership team and an ESGTech member from your potential new team (the order may change from time to time). We love to go deep on details, so depending on your background (engineer, designer, analyst, sales, etc.) we would love to see work you’ve been proud of and test some of your skills in action during a live workshop. Everyone’s time is valuable, so we aim to keep you up to date with the process and decision-making timeline.

Do you help upskill your team members?

Yes! Upskilling is critical to the innovation of ESGTech as a company. We encourage team members to enroll in studies that will enhance their domain knowledge and effectiveness to contribute to ESGTech. We also arrange social knowledge-sharing events, in which team members can request specific topics to present.
